Story Behind the Switch Tour
Hill County Electric Cooperative is pleased to provide “The Story Behind the Switch” educational tour May 8 & 9, 2013. We invite all elementary schools served by Hill County Electric to participate. All you have to do is reserve a visit and we will bring the tour to your school!
Established in 1983 by HCE's power supplier, Basin Electric Power Cooperative, “The Story Behind the Switch” is a 45-minute program about electricity presented by a Basin Electric demonstrator - explaining what electricity is, how it is made, how it gets to where it’s going and how it has become part of our lives. This is an entertaining and interactive presentation that is free of charge to schools! Reserve a spot for the 2013 tour - RSVP by May 1st!
