Attention HCE Members! Watch your mail for the official mail-in ballots for our annual election. Your ballot must be received by the law firm by May 8th, 2024 to be counted.

Instructions are included in the ballot package. Ballots will ONLY be accepted by US Mail in the self-addressed prepaid envelope. HCE will NOT accept ballots directly.

We understand that Capital Credits can be confusing at times, so we put together a video to explain it all! For Members, Capital Credits are a vital benefit of being part of the Cooperative. Hill County Electric Cooperative was started by rural residents of Hill County. HCE was incorporated in 1945 and the first electric services were provided to members in the spring of 1947.

Today we serve approximately 2,300 members over 3,077 miles of line in five Montana counties.
